Description
What you’re watching is a video where I showcase every component included in the Snap Circuits Jr. (SC-100) set, released in 2002 by Elenco Electronics.
This video was released as part of The Tech Table series, with the quality looking on-par with the stuff I make today. (Heck, I still use much of the same equipment for filming my episodes today.) But just because something looks good, doesn’t mean it’s automatically good overall…
Compared to my current works, this one is long…like VERY long. This wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, except it mainly focuses on the informative stuff, and lacks any of the humor the Savvy Sage series is known for. Despite going into impressive detail on the components and stuff, it doesn’t keep the viewer consistently engaged, and thus becomes a bore after a while. Despite this however, the video still holds up fine, aside from the various jumpcuts and such.
There were plans to continue this Snap Circuits mini-series after this video, but those plans were ultimately scrapped, as I simply didn’t have the time nor the interest anymore—there are plans to remake this video as part of the Savvy Sage series, sometime in the future.
