What you’re watching is my first video I ever uploaded to YouTube: A quick start guide on how to set up a Raspberry Pi computer, completed on February 17th, 2015, 4 days after I started my first YouTube channel.
The video was nothing special at the time—I had bought an original Raspberry Pi from my local Micro Center and wanted to do a video on it just for fun.
Some things to note with this video: All of the voiceovers were recorded without a script, which led to moments like referring to the LCD module port as a camera module port (despite the fact that it isn’t)—the raw footage was also recorded in 480p and upscaled to 720p, due to my camera’s 10 minute per clip limitation when recording with HD video settings.
Despite that, it was the start of what was to come, and my content would evolve from there.
